1. General Terms

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between 111bb and the user. By accessing or using the 111bb platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account.

• 111bb reserves the right to immediately close an account if false information is provided.
• Transferring or renting an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of operating a secure platform, 111bb may request identity verification from a user at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID card or other relevant documents. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Keep your account password completely confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify the 111bb support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on their account.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

111bb's services are for users aged 21 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• The account must be opened in your own name — representative accounts are not accepted.
• You must use this service voluntarily and in sound mental health.
• Anyone previously banned by 111bb may not register again.

111bb is committed to protecting minors. If it is found that a user is under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

111bb supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods, ensuring fast and secure transactions.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the depositor's name must match the account name.
• After a deposit, the balance is generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawal funds will be returned only to the payment method used at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met for bonus-related withdrawals (see Section 5).

4.3 Transaction Investigation

In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, 111bb reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold and conduct an investigation. Additional information or documents may be requested during this process.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

111bb offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which should be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (on the bonus only — not on the deposit). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Rules

• One account is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household may not claim the bonus.
• Bet limits on certain games may apply when using bonus balance.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 111bb reserves the right to cancel that bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The 111bb platform offers cricket betting, slots, live casino, and other gaming services. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting to play.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled (a cash-out option may be available in certain cases).
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the original stake will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled, that bet will be declared void and the stake will be returned.
• Strategic betting using multiple accounts is prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Betting using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Deliberately exploiting any bug in the platform's software or gaming system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• Sending hacking attempts, viruses, or malicious code.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account.

111bb uses advanced technology and security measures to detect such activities. If suspicious activity is detected, an account may be investigated or closed without prior notice.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. To do so, please contact the 111bb support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed (subject to conditions being met).

8.2 Closure by 111bb

111bb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Providing false information.
• Refusal to complete identity verification.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Break

12. Changes to the Terms

For significant changes, registered users will be notified in advance as early as possible. Continued use of the platform after the changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
